The website is very nicely designed and the checkout process could not be any smoother. The best part of the purchase was the communication. From the time of my purchase to the time the Shipment arrived , I got regular e-mails from Diamond Store with an update on the status. Also since my Residential address and Shipping Address were different they reconfirmed the shipping address to avoid any mistakes. The earrings arrived in a neat package, with the Diamond Store box as promised.
The Reaction:
Build up-
We were supposed to have a family gathering on the weekend after New years and she was going to show off her new traditional outfit which she specially ordered from India. The only problem was that the traditional earrings alongwith the necklace were getting too heavy for her choice. She was little dissapointed that I got her nothing during the holidays despite all the big sales,but she was not saying anything.
The final moment- The earrings arrived friday morning in my office. I left work half an hour early and replaced her earrings with the new ones. I was sure she would try the dress once in the night and she did. The earth shattering scream that she let out, the big hug that followed and the constant jumping in the air with excitement sealed the purchase for me. The tears of joy that followed were expected from her!! The next day at the gathering a lot of people in the family noticed and appreciated the earrings.
