Providing that you order the ring in any size from a J to Q then it can be returned for an exchange or refund if it is not as you hoped for.

Delivery times depend on which size you require but it's best to allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.

Hi, I am currently a member of the Armed forces serving overseas, I am wondering if you would deliver to a BFPO address (BFPO 655) as i am looking at getting engaged on my return to the UK, and if so can I claim VAT back as I am outside of the EU. Thanks

Yes, we deliver to all BFPO addresses.

With regards to the VAT,we have spoken to HM Customs & Excise and we can confirm that VAT is only deductible if you are at a BFPO address that is OUTSIDE of the European Union.

If the BFPO address is within the European Union then you will need you to pay VAT.
