My wife has sensitive ears and cannot wear earrings that fasten behind the ear with a butterfly. She must have the hook fastening. Do your earrings come with a choice of fastenings.

Hi Phil, we would be able to replace the posts with a hook but for best results these earrings would have to dangle by the new hook approx 1cm below the ear. It would cost £75 extra to do this. To go ahead please call us or order online adding a special request during the checkout. Many thanks.
