I was struggling over Christmas for a suitable present for my loved one when I decided that diamond earrings were the way forward. Being a typical male I hadn't a clue which ones she'd like or how much I should spend. I visited various high street stores and wasn't overly satisfied with what they had on offer for the prices they were selling at. Underbred, I logged onto the internet and typed in diamond earrings into a search engine. To my delight I came across your website and was overjoyed to see that not only did you have a fantastic selection of what I was after, the prices were a lot more pleasing to the eye. I read through you supporting information and settled on a pair of Diamond Stud earrings.

Being as it was coming up to Christmas and it typically left it a little late, I was very pleased that within a few days of purchasing they turned up. I must say I was also very impressed with the gift packaging and presentation box they came in.

I would definitely consider using your company again, maybe next time it will be for a diamond engagement ring and not earrings....

I purchased a pair of white gold .2 carat diamond earrings from the Diamond Store in the lead up to X'mas 2006 for my girlfriend of 7 years, Sarah Bell. She had dropped a number of hints throughout the year regarding what i should get her - and the penny dropped!

The diamond store was exceptionally professional in dealing with my needs from the outset: Initially i tried to purchase the earrings over the internet, however unfortunately i was unable to use my maestro card and therefore was going to call back the next day (i think they have this facility now).

However, I was pre-empted by Gary Ingram who called me the next day to ask about my earrings inquiry. We discussed the various options available to me such as the size of the diamond and the qulaity. We also discussed whether to go with gold, white gold and platinum.

Again, extremely professional and very helpful. It isn't every day that one purchases earrings after all.

After discussions, I made my choice and paid for the earrings using my maestro card which they could accept over the phone. Gary mentioned that the earrings would be hand made and sent out in the lead up to christmas. Something i was not expecting, but greatly appreciated. I received email confirmation of the order and it also detailed when and where the earrings would be sent to.

On the day of the delivery, I received another email detailing that the earrings had been delivered. Again, great communication and service.

Sarah was absolutely over the moon when i presented the earrings to her on christmas day. She absolutely loves them and i would not hesitate for one second to purchase goods from The Diamond Store again if the opportunity presented itself.

To put it simply, I was amazed by just how quick and easy it was to buy from The Diamond Store. I was even more amazed at the value! As a typical male, I find it very difficult (and draining) walking around the shops hoping to find a piece of jewellery that makes my girlfriend think I know about such things!

These days, it is very difficult to visit shops without staff being either pushy or ignorant – particularly at the more exclusive outlets.

The Diamond Store was a breath of fresh air. I simply went online, browsed through your selection of Diamond Earrings and made my choice. I even managed to email my girlfriend’s sister with a link to the website to check whether the earrings would be suitable.

So much better than battling through the Christmas shopping crowds! But the best thing of all - other than the fantastic price - was that they were delivered in time for Christmas, despite being ordered on 20 December.

The look on my girlfriend’s face when she opened the box was priceless! I’ll definitely use you again – I don’t think I have a friend left who’s escaped my Diamond Store success story!
