Dealing with the Diamond Store was a real pleasure. The website is easy to use and very informative. Once I had narrowed down my choices I called to discuss them in more detail. My call was dealt with politely, efficiently there was no attempt to steer me to the most expensive option.
After agreeing a clarity, colour and setting I was promised a callback within 15 minutes to confirm the order could be fulfilled before Christmas. 5 minutes later I received confirmation.
