I can only describe my experience of purchasing jewellery for
the first time from the Diamond Store as extremely satisfying,
outstanding.
I purchased Diamond Hoop Earrings from your excellent on-line
catalogue (very easy to use) as a Christmas present for my
wife. My order was placed on the afternoon of Tuesday 19th
December (hoping for, but not really expecting delivery before
Christmas) and, to my astonishment, they arrived the following
morning. This was without having to make additional payment for
express delivery!
What makes it doubly satisfying is that I had previously ordered
a similar product from another website and had been let down on
delivery at the last minute, but also your product afforded much
better value for money.
When my wife opened her present on Christmas day she was
absolutely delighted, without your excellent service things could
have been so different.
I shall certainly be making further
purchases from you in the future ( a matching bracelet or
