Nice ring! We hand craft every eternity ring to order, this is how we keep the prices low and the quality high. Because of the nature of an eternity ring and our inability to altar the size once its made then I am afraid we are not able to accept the ring back after purchase. The ring does however come with a 5 year gaurantee. We would of course email you this information and ask you to accept these terms if you placed an order for an eternity ring.

In all honesty it is unlikely we would be able to meet the deadline of 31st August.

Each ring is hand crafted which involves a number of processes which take time. We usually ask for 3 weeks to make these rings and whilst we would try our best to meet your deadline we could not make any promises.
