Hi there I have the right size(I think and it is a UK size N, should for some unforeseen reason be wrong, what would be the process for re-sizing/etc, can this ring be resized or do I need to order a different size? What would be the cost of it. Also, do you provide any certificate to guarantee the quality of the diamond? Who provides such certificate? Many thanks CLR

Nice ring! We ask our customers to be 100% certain of the size when ordering an Eternity Ring as we handcraft each ring to order and once made Full Eternity Rings CANNOT be resized. Because they are made to order they are also non refundable. (If you had placed an order we would have asked you to confirm you knew this before processing your order!). As eternity rings have many diamonds in them it is not financially viable to get each diamond independantly certificated. Instead we provide our own "Certificate Of Authenticity" which states the quality of the diamonds used. Please note that all our rings also come with a UK Hallmark and a certificate for you to give to your insurance company.

Hello Alexandra, I can confirm that this ring is 1.9mm from the top of the finger to the top of the ring.
