5. Whilst you state eternity rings cannot be returned what if I am unhappy with the quality of manufacture of the ring or diamonds?

Hi,
Some good questions!
1. The number of diamonds will vary to the actual ring size though the total weight of the diamonds remains the same. We estimate that between 22 - 26 diamonds would be in this ring.
2. All the diamonds used in the making of this ring will be of G/Vs1-2 quality.
3. The ring arrives with our own certificate of authenticity. An Independent Certificate would require each diamond to be certified separately and this would make the costs prohibitive.
4. We can make an M 1/2
5. The Diamond Store has a strict standard of quality control and all our products are guaranteed against faulty or poor craftsmanship.
Eternity rings are non-returnable as they are crafted especially for you.
6. To craft this ring in a size M 1/2 would take 3 weeks. However, if you have a deadline, we can advise if we can work to it.
