I have never ordered jewellery online before and am concerned about giving credit cad details,making payments and not receiving goods etc! I will need to find out my ring size too. Also, is this item covered in your returns policy as it is a full eternity ring? Jacky

The majority of our customers are buying jewellery on the Internet for the first time and many people have the same concerns as yourselves.
We are members of the British Jewellers Association (www.bja.org.uk) and are bonded by their terms of membership. This and the fact that we have been trading online successfully for the last 2 years is the best assurances I can give you.
This is not relevant now but you should always pay online with a credit card as the credit card company guarantees your purchases. If you knew what processes we went through to be able to accept credit cards you would have complete piece of mind!
We offer full refunds on all our jewellery EXCEPT rings larger than a size Q or smaller than a J and FULL ETERNITY RINGS.
The reason we cannot except returns on full eternity rings (such as the one you have chosen) is that each ring is hand crafted as we receive the order, this process only takes around 3 weeks but once the ring is made it cannot be altered in anyway. This is to do with the diamonds being set around the whole outside of the ring.
You therefore need to be 100% certain of your finger size and of the type of ring you like before ordering.
If you email us your address we can send you a little ring sizer tool that will give you your finger size, we can also make 1/2 size (eg Size N1/2).
