On the website below the ring where it says 'buy now' It asks you to select ring size - click the 'i' button next to it and fill out a ring sizer request.
Returns Policy
We give you 30 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:
We are happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes of J to Q and Men's Rings between the sizes of R to W.
If you order the wrong ring size (mistakes can happen!) we are happy to make the ring for you in the new correct ring size for a fee of £15.
However, where we have made a ring especially for you, (Full Eternity Rings for example), these items of jewellery are non refundable. We will of course confirm this with you when we receive your order and before we take full payment.
Providing that we have the ring in stock, It is next day delivary, normally with wedding rings though it is made to order, therefore please allow 7-10 days.
