The shoulders of the ring are 4mm wide and the actual band is 3mm wide.

Hi there, I recently sent a question also about a topaz ring. I have decided on Sapphire as they look very classy, are the side stones also Sapphire? My only concern is how the ring will sit with my current wedding ring, if they don't sit right am I able to return the ring and get a refund, really like the look of this ring, very modern and different. The stones on the side of the centre stone are diamonds and next to that on the ring mount they are Sapphire. If you order this ring in or between the sizes J to Q, the ring can be returned for a full refund if it is not suitable.

hi i was just wondering the physical dimensions of the centre sapphire and does the 1.25ct refer to all the sapphires or just the middle one? oh, and how fast can it be delivered? thanks

The centre sapphire is approx’ 7mm by 5mm wide and the sapphire weight 1.25cts refers to the combined weight of all the sapphires.

Please remember that as long as you order this ring in any size between a J and Q it is fully returnable for a full refund if it isn’t as you had hoped for.

I have narrowed my choice of engagement rings to this one and another which I was able to see. If I buy this and am not satisfied with it can I return it immediately for a full refund? How long will it take to get to me and how long does it take to get a refund if unsatisfied? Do we insure it with you or somewhere else? If insured with you how much does it cost? Thank you

Hi Tanya,

As long as you order this ring in any size between a J and Q then it is fully refundable.

The ring should be with you within 7 days of you placing the order but again that depends on what finger size you require. Refunds are normally made the same day as we receive the ring back although it can take 3 days for your bank to credit your cards.

We provide documents you need to give to an insurance company but we don't insure the ring. If you have home contents insurance then it is generally best to add your jewellery to that policy.

Do you have any picture of the side view of the ring and also the ring on a finger or with a ruler, just to get a better idea of the dimentions of this ring. I am very interested in this ring but have big hands so do not want to order it if its going to look too small on my hand and not be able to return it. Do you have "dummy" rings that you can send out to get the idea of the ring on without sending the real one? Many Thanks. Please answer soon as I am waiting to get engagaed!!!
