I am very impressed with the diamond store service and I really appreciated your e-mails to put my mind at rest. I'm sure in the future I'll be back for some diamond stud earrings and more! I saw a similar ring in Norwich for more than twice the price so I know the Diamond Store are extremely competitive, but more importantly the customer service and presentation are second to none.
