Diamond trilogy earrings are so called because they are made up of three diamonds following the tradition of the diamond trilogy ring, where the stones are said to represent the past, present and future of a relationship.

There is a way of setting diamonds which allows maximum refraction of light (sparkle) and which makes them look larger than their actual size.
