The Diamond Store's diamond twirl earrings are designed with a channel setting. This is where the stones are set into a groove made in the metal of the earring. It is a very strong and secure setting and its' smooth surface makes it less likely to catch on clothing or hair, in comparison to the popular claw setting.
There is no metal between each of the stones which lay flush against each other, creating a continuous, unbroken line of diamonds. This setting is often used with princess cut or baguette cut diamonds, but in our twirl earrings we have used brilliant round cut diamonds to create a striking look.
