All jewellery has a lifetime guarantee and you receive a gemology certificate with all diamonds.
The company offers transport to and from 5 star hotels and time resorts with whom the Spain Diamond Center works very closely so that clients receive a superlative service on private appointments.

we have just returned from spain and visited the spain diamond centre,after a lengthy cosultation with the guy who was going to make the ring we had designed he assured us it would be top quality and that he PRIDED himself on his workmanship, so we spent a few hundred euros on a diamond ring.The manager as promised delivered the ring to where we were staying the next day,The workmanship was terrible none of the stones were set straight it looked awful,we rang the manager straight away and he picked the ring up the next day.A few hours later he rang us and said the guy who made it had said that as it was a one off hand made design that the settings wouldnt be perfect and we could either have a full refund or he would try to rectify the faults with it,we opted for him to rectify it.We got the ring back later that day and it was in a worse state than when it first arrived it looked as if the ring had been put in a vice and had the setting twisted with a pair of pliers and the bottom of the ring had been badly scuffed fom the vice.We were flying home next day and had no more time to sort the problem out.Buyers should beware of having rings personally designed and maybe opt for a ring that is already done you can see the quality before you buy it!My wife was very upset from the whole experience as the ring was for a sentimental purpose.
We have just returned from Marbella and The Spain Diamond Centre.And we only have one thing to say WONDERFUL.We had the hlf day trip from our resort and the whole expereance was one of enjoyment.We had a diamond ring made by the owner.The staff were very helpful and explained the 4Cs to use so we knew what we were buying.We have had the ring valued in the U.K. and it is worth twice what we paid for it.Please take the trip for your self we are very please we did. Having just returned from our christmas / new year visit to marbella , and have just visited this site re the Spain Diamond Centre.
We would like to report our
thoughts that the visit there was a most pleasant one and that our purchase via their sales lady (Espe)
of a diamond eternity ring was conducted in an excellent and professional way , my wife did the choosing and i did the negotiation
on pricing with the jewelery mngr. We are very pleased with our purchase and would reccommend the store to anyone !
