We aim to send all Jewellery within 24 hours of order and whenever possible, in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday).

We do keep stock of the most popular items we sell. However, as our jewellery is handcrafted and each ring can come in 50 different sizes it is impossible for us to stock every item in every size. This means that we may need to make or adjust the item you order before we send it out to you.

If we can't send out your order immediately, we will email you within 2 hours* with an estimated delivery date.

We use The Royal Mail Special Delivery service to deliver your jewellery, they offer a secure, insured and speedy service.

On dispatch we will email you with information on how to track your order. It is of course fully insured and will require a signature.

If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.

Once you have placed an order, your card details will be verified and the order processed. We will of course inform you of the expected arrival date of your order before deducting any sums of money from your credit or debit card. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order. This payment will show on your statements as Regalian Ltd.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you and we recommend that you print off and retain a copy or save to a folder. Please keep the email safe as it will contain your order number. This number should be quoted when you contact us here at The Diamond Store.co.uk.

International & Ireland Delivery

We are currently offering FREE worldwide delivery on all orders. The order value must be over £250.00 to qualify.

For all deliveries outside of the UK or orders to Ireland with a value of over £250 we use Fedex.

For high value items we believe that this is the only way of ensuring safe passage for your order. The charges are fairly minimal and they will be added to your basket automatically during the checkout process.

For Non UK Deliveries and deliveries to Ireland for items over £250 we use FEDEX, and a fixed charge of £30 will be applied to overseas orders.

Please note:
You will be liable to pay all import duties and taxes to the country this jewellery is being sent to, if it is outside the EU.
