How Do I Return An Item?
If you would like to return an item please email us with your order number and we will email you back details on how to return the item.
Before you can return an item you need to be issued with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION ID, which you can receive by emailing (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm).
The Diamond Store.co.uk will then email you instructions on how to return the jewellery to us.
We recommend using The Royal Mail Special Delivery service for returning jewellery as it insures the jewellery during transit and until we sign for it at this end. We do not however pay for the cost of the return postage.
