Returns & Refunds Information
If you are ordering a ring please be sure to read our important note about rings below.
We give you 30 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:
We are happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes of J to Q and Men's Rings between the sizes of R to W. If you order the wrong ring size (mistakes can happen!) we are happy to make the ring for you in the new correct ring size for a fee of £25.00.
Please note that rings outside of these sizes are especially made for you and as such are not refundable, exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, although our 5 year guarantee against defects is not affected by ring size.

How do I return a item?
Before you can return an item you need to be issued with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION ID, which you can receive by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Diamond Store.co.uk will then send you an email with instructions on how to return the items to us. Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return postage.
Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Our products are fully guaranteed to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural origins (unless clearly stated). All products are Hallmarked according to UK legislation which guarantees the materials have been passed by a UK government approved agency.
