Christmas - What is Your Christmas Returns Policy?
To make life easier if you are ordering a Christmas gift you can be safe in the knowledge that any item of jewellery ordered between 23rd October 2011 and the 17th December 2011 will be eligible for a full refund or exchange until Monday 16th January 2012*.
If you are ordering a ring please be sure to read our important note about rings below.
Ring Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes of J to Q and Men's Rings between the sizes of R to W. If you order the wrong ring size (mistakes can happen!) we are happy to make the ring for you in the new correct ring size for a fee of £25.
Please note that rings outside of these sizes are especially made for you and as such are not refundable or exchangeable, although our 5 year guarantee against defects is not affected by ring size.
Also, where we have made a ring especially for you, (Eternity Rings & Diamond Wedding Bands), these items of jewellery are non refundable and non exchangeable. We will of course confirm this with you when we receive your order and before we take full payment.
* Of course if you order your jewellery after 17th December the returns period will be our usual 30 days.
