Once over the finish line at the Baltimore Running Festival, her boyfriend Ethan Alden-Danforth ran to his waiting parents to collect a 3 stone engagement ring before returning to drop on bended knee where Jennifer Albert was waiting.
Although exhausted and covered in sweat, the exhilaration of completing the race and getting engaged made the day doubly special for the pair of them.
