Regalian Ltd will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported.

We will of course inform you of the expected arrival date of your order before deducting any sums of money from your creditor debit card. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order, this payment will show on your statements as Regalian Ltd.

Information gathered during the purchase process will only be used by The Diamond Store.co.uk to fulfil the terms of the order. All information will be securely stored if needed to complete the order and will never be shared with a third party. The Diamond Store.co.uk will only hold the information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the contract.

We aim to send all jewellery within 24 hours of receipt of the order and whenever possible we will send your order in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday). We are confident that we can fulfil the majority of our orders within 5 - 7 working days. If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.

However in some cases when we are tailoring the jewellery to your requirements or where we are having to manufacter or import the jewellery there could be a delay of several weeks.

We will of course inform you of the expected arrival date of your order before deducting any sums of money from your credit or debit card. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped, this payment will show on your statements as Regalian Ltd.

After you have placed your order we will verify your credit card details and process your order. You will be sent a confirmation email.

Please keep the email in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at The Diamond Store.co.uk. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of the order confirmation.

Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our offices you will be sent a further email notifying you of how to track your order and when you should expect delivery to occur.

UK & Ireland: Our chosen way of getting your jewellery to you both quickly and safely is via the Royal Mail Special Delivery. This system enables us to guarantee to you delivery of your jewellery the day after we send it.

Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our offices you will be sent a further email containing a tracking number and full details of how to track your order through the Royal Mail special delivery service. All jewellery that we send this way is of course fully insured.

The rest of the world - (non UK & Ireland deliveries)

For all deliveries outside of the UK or Ireland we use Fedex.

For high value items we believe that this is the only way of ensuring safe passage for your order. The charges are fairly minimal and they will be added to your basket automatically during the checkout process.

We give you 30 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.

If an item is cheaper than when you purchased it we will not allow you to return the jewellery and re order the same item within 30 days. We are of course happy to discuss any individual issues about this with you.

Please Note: In cases of dispute we send items to Safeguard for an independent opinion.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:

We are happy to accept returns on Ladies Rings between the sizes of J - Q and Mens Rings between the sizes of R - W. For rings outside of these sizes we cannot accept them back as they have been especially sized for your order.

Where we "alter" a ring to your specification or "commission" a ring to be made "bespoke" to your requirements these items of jewellery will become non refundable. We will of course notify you if this is the case when you order.

However, where we have made a ring especially for you, (Eternity Rings & Wedding Bands for example), these items of jewellery are non refundable. We will of course confirm this with you when we receive your order and before we take full payment.

Please note that on rings larger than a Q or smaller than a J the actual widths quoted can vary.

All items purchased from The Diamond Store.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Pricing

Prices stated on The Diamond Store.co.uk are in UK Pounds sterling and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We endeavour to keep prices constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment for it we will always honour the price quoted. In the event of a pricing error we will endeavour to honour the cheapest price but do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomic or where the price has been abused.

Product Descriptions

The Diamond Store.co.uk attempts to be as accurate as possible. Products are often supplied with metal and diamond weights where appropriate. Unless stated these are guides only and can vary by a few percent. Images do not necessarily represent an items true size and as such dimensions are supplied when the data is available. The Diamond Store.co.uk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is without error but we endeavour to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
