Ring Sizes
FREE RINGSIZER
We are happy to provide a FREE ringsizer tool if you find a ring that are interested in.
Why use a Ringsizer?
Ring sizes are one of those things that we think we will always remember BUT actually never do!
It is vitally important to find out the correct ring size for you or the person you are buying for because it enables us to have the "ring sized" correctly and to provide you with a perfect fitting ring. There's nothing more likely to ruin the moment then a ring that is either too small you can't get it on or too big it falls off.
How To Measure Your Ring Size
The best way to measure your finger is to order one of our FREE RING SIZERS. It can be sent out in the post to you today and this neat little gadget will give both you and us the best chance of getting the perfect fit.
We are confident in our ability to provide every ring in every size although really small or really large fittings may take us a little longer to organize, in some cases up to 3 or 4 weeks. If this is the case then we will of course notify you before processing your order.
Our UK Ring Sizes use British Standard which uses alphabetic letters for each 1.25mm of ring circumference with half sizes in between.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS
We are happy to accept returns on rings between the sizes of J - Q. For rings outside of these sizes we cannot accept them back as they have been especially sized for your order.
How NOT To Measure Your Ring Size
First Method
Measure your finger with a piece of string, mark the string and then lay this against a tape measure.
Second Method
Measure the inside width of a ring you currently have and use this as the ring size.
These two methods have a high tendency towards inaccuracy which inevitably leads to disappointment when the ring won't fit. A safer, alternative option to using The Diamond Store ringsizer is to visit your local jewellers who will size your finger for you. If you are buying the ring for someone else, take one of their rings and ask the jeweller to size their finger based on the ring.
