UK & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY
We offer FREE delivery on all UK & Northern Ireland orders.

UK delivery times
We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, orders leave in the next available mail-out between Monday and Friday.

However, while we do keep a stock of the most popular items we sell, our rings come in 50 different sizes. As you can imagine it is impossible to stock every ring in every size. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you or adjust the size of an item before we send it out.

If we're unable to dispatch your order immediately we'll give you an estimated dispatch date. Typically our alternative dispatch times (depending on the jewellery item you ordered) are either 3 days, 5 days or 7-10 days.

In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 2 hours* of receiving your order. (*This response time applies during our office opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. If you place your order outside of these times we will contact you during the next working day.)

If our estimated dispatch time exceeds 24 hours, we will not charge any money to your card or account until we have confirmed that you are happy with the alternative delivery time. Only once you've accepted the estimated delivery time, a full payment will be taken from your card or charged to your account. This payment will show on your statements as Regalian Ltd.

If you have a special UK delivery deadline
We will always work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have. Should our estimated delivery time not suit you, please contact us and we will try our hardest to meet your requirements.

If we cannot deliver by your special deadline, we will always let you know.

UK delivery method
For all UK orders we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or DPD. These are secure, insured and speedy delivery methods. On dispatch we'll email you with information on how to track your order.

Your jewellery is insured during transit. It will require a signature when delivered to the address you gave us.


INTERNATIONAL & IRELAND DELIVERY
International delivery times
We offer FREE international (Non UK) delivery by FedEx or DPD on all orders.

We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, orders leave in the next available mail-out between Monday and Friday.

FedEx/DPD international delivery times
Below you'll find the estimated FedEx/DPD transit times to different parts of the world. (Please note that FedEx delivery times apply to working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.)

Ireland: 1 day
Europe: 1-4 days
USA: 1-2 days
Australia: 2-3 days
Asia: 2-3 days
Africa: 2-3 days
South America: 2-3 days

Import duties and taxes
If you make an order to a country outside of the European Union (EU), your country's customs office may ask you to pay import duties and taxes on the jewellery. Please note that you are liable to pay these. The Diamond Store is not responsible for any international duties or taxes incurred.

Response times
We aim to answer all customer inquiries within 2 hours. This response time applies during our working week from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

Overnight and during weekends we can receive emails and take telephone messages. Our Customer Service Team will then respond to your inquiry during the next working day.
