The cushion cut is one of the oldest and most sought after types of “fancy” diamond cut. Its square shape with “soft” corners captures and reflects a stunning rainbow of colours, shimmering with spectacular inner fire. In these Danielle rings, the central cushion cut solitaire is surrounded by a halo of smaller diamonds, as well as sidestone diamonds on the shoulders of the ring, and also underneath the crown. As a superlative finishing touch to the secure setting - comprised of mixed rubover and pave techniques - the borders and the band’s edges are finished with delicate milgrain work.
This collection offers an array of diamond carat weights and qualities. For the centre solitaire you can opt for a 0.50CT, 0.70CT, 0.90CT or 1.00CT diamond. Depending on its size, the additional accent diamonds on the halo, the band and the underside of the setting will add a further 0.50CT to 0.60CT to your ring (meaning its TOTAL diamond weight will be between 1.00CT and 1.60CT). We’ve chosen to use only a high colour grade G and clarity grades Vs to Si in these rings. Each solitaire comes with an independent certificate from GIA, the world’s most trusted authority on diamond quality. All our diamonds come from conflict-free sources.
The ring’s band
The handcrafted finish of each Danielle ring is beyond par. To match the superlative quality of the diamonds, you can choose beautiful 18K white gold or platinum for the setting, impeccably polished by hand and hallmarked in the UK.
