WE HAVE COMMITTED TO OFFSET 100 TONNES OF CARBON EMISSIONS
By financially supporting projects around the world that help provide solutions to climate change we are giving our customers the choice and option to shop not only sustainable lab grown diamonds, but ethical, conflict free, and naturally mined diamonds without the environmental effect of the emissions released to create them. Every natural mined diamond purchased in 2025 now works towards safeguarding trees in the Brazilian rainforest. Not only do these projects do good for the planet, but they also benefit the local communities where they are based, often in developing countries.

SUPPORTING CLIMATE CHANGE PROJECTS
The Diamond Store support the Pacajai REDD+ Project. This project helps protect the Amazon, the largest rainforest on the planet, and home to many endangered species that rely on it for their survival. The project aims to eliminate unplanned deforestation and is expected to prevent over 22 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent greenhouse gasses over a 40-year period.

We know that lab grown diamonds have less of a carbon footprint than naturally mined diamonds and we work hard on ensuring our customers are educated on the environmental benefits they provide, however by supporting these projects to reduce the effects of naturally mined diamond carbon emissions means that we can now give our customer more sustainable choices when it comes to shopping with us, whether they choose to explore naturally mined or lab grown diamonds.
FULLY TRACEABLE DIAMONDS
To avoid any negative connotations associated with mined diamonds we only offer conflict-free diamonds through adherence to The Kimberley Process, and The National Association of Jewellers code of ethics. To ensure traceability of our supply chain, we only work with suppliers which share our values – and that includes their sustainability credentials.



RECYCLED MATERIALS
We try to use recycled materials wherever we can. We ensure we see documents confirming material sources through reputable third-party certifications before placing any orders from our suppliers, which helps us to confirm the origins of our recycled materials. All of our jewellery items come in 100% sustainably sourced gold, platinum and silver.
ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING & DELIVERY
Our products’ beautiful outer packaging is made of 100% FSC certified wood and paper, meaning the production of the materials hasn’t hurt the world’s precious forests. We are also working hard to ensure every element of our product packaging is fully sustainable, in the future.
We recognise that sending orders by post comes with its own carbon footprint. That’s why we chose DPD - which handles 99.5% of our shipments - as our principal delivery company. It has electrified 1,500 vehicles in its UK fleet and is committed to their own strategy of zero-emission deliveries, making deliveries as carbon neutral as currently possible.

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. That’s why we offer FREE 30-day returns for refunds and 60-day exchanges across the UK and Northern Ireland.
If you’ve ordered a ring smaller than a size J or larger than a size Q, don’t worry — these are custom sizes, but we’re still happy to offer a free exchange or resizing if the fit isn’t quite right.

Please note that for rings smaller than size J or larger than size Q, the width may vary slightly (up to 10%) due to the crafting process. If you need any adjustments, we’re happy to help.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — fast. We’ll either repair or replace it at no cost to you, or provide a refund once it’s been assessed by our head jeweller.
Our standard returns policy is 30 days to return, and 60 days to exchange.
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. That’s why all our pieces come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Every item is also fully hallmarked according to UK legislation, confirming its authenticity and origin.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, we’ll process your refund right away and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 5 working days to show up on your statement.
We’ll always refund you via the same method you used to make your purchase — whether that was credit or debit card, PayPal, Pay4Later Finance, bank transfer, or another option.
To avoid delays, make sure to include the returns label print-out with your parcel. This helps us identify your return quickly.
