To keep your surprise safe, the outer packaging that we deliver your jewellery in is plain.
On the outside, our plain postal package does not say The Diamond Store anywhere, nor state what the contents are.
So if you’re buying a gift for someone who lives in the same address as you, your secret will remain safe – as long as they don’t open the package!
On the inside, however, you’ll find your beautiful jewellery, along with our stylish gift presentation set, ready for your special occasion.
Our products’ beautiful outer packaging is made of 100% FSC certified wood and paper, meaning the production of the materials hasn’t hurt the world’s precious forests. We are also working hard to ensure every element of our product packaging is fully sustainable, in the future.
We recognise that sending orders by post comes with its own carbon footprint. That’s why we chose DPD - which handles 99.5% of our shipments - as our principal delivery company. It has electrified 1,500 vehicles in its UK fleet and is committed to their own strategy of zero-emission deliveries, making deliveries as carbon neutral as currently possible.

Along with our elegant, free gift packaging you’ll be able to personalise one of our stylish credit card sized gift message cards to include with your order.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you have completed checkout, you’ll reach the Order Confirmation Page.
Here, you’ll be prompted to request the free Gift Message Card.
Simply write your message in the space provided, and submit it. We’ll make sure the card is included with your order.
CAN I WRITE ANY MESSAGE ON THE CARD?
You’ll be able to personalise the card with a message of your choice, up to the space available.
However, we can only print the British alphabet and numbers from 0 to 9, and no special characters or emojis are supported.
