You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Our products are fully guaranteed to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural origins (unless clearly stated). All products are Hallmarked according to UK legislation which guarantees the materials have been passed by a UK government approved agency.

Our aim is to help you find the perfect jewellery which may mean returning the item for exchange or refund. In this instance we try to make the process as convenient as possible and offer a completely FREE return postage (UK only).

This means that The Diamond Store.co.uk absorbs all your postage and packaging costs on returns (see below for more details).

Returns Policy

We give you 30 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:
We are happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes of J to Q and Men's Rings between the sizes of R to W. If you order the wrong ring size (mistakes can happen!) we are happy to make the ring for you in the new correct ring size for a fee of £15.

Please note that rings outside of these sizes are especially made for you and as such are not refundable or exchangeable, although our 5 year guarantee against defects is not affected by ring size.

However, rings outside of these size become NON REFUNDABLE & NON EXCHANGABLE, although our lifetime guarantee against defects is not affected by ring size.

Also, where we have made a ring especially for you, (Eternity Rings & Diamond Wedding Bands), these items of jewellery are non refundable and non exchangeable. We will of course confirm this with you when we receive your order and before we take full payment.

How do I return a item?

Before you can return an item you need to be issued with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION ID, which you can receive by emailing , or call on 0845 084 1200 (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm).

The Diamond Store.co.uk will then send you out a FREEPOST envelope, so you incur no cost or inconvenience for returning the item.

Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
