E-GIFT CARD AND GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully if you are going to purchase one of our E-Gift Cards, or if you are a holder of an E-Gift Card or one of our physical Gift Cards.
Please note that we are no longer selling physical Gift Cards. However, if you have one, you may of course use it until its validity end-date.
AMOUNTS SOLD
We sell our E-Gift cards in values ranging from £25 to £2,000.
PURCHASE & REDEMPTION
- You can buy as many E-Gift Cards as you wish, but you can only buy one at a time.
- E-Gift Cards (and physical Gift Cards that are still valid) can only be redeemed online at TheDiamondStore.co.uk and not on any other websites.
- They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the card on payment of the difference, or for a lower price item in which case our Customer Services will store the remaining E-Gift Card or physical Gift Card amount as credit on your account.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or used for finance purchases, or to buy other E-gift Cards or physical Gift Cards.
- E-Gift Cards or physical Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any discount codes or voucher codes.
- If any item purchased with an E-Gift Card or a physical Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card or as credit in your Diamond Store account.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
- Our E-Gift Cards (and physical Gift Cards that were sold previously) are valid for 12 months from their purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity period.
- Balance enquiries can be obtained by emailing us at sales@thediamondstore.co.uk.
- Our E-Gift Cards and physical Gift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards and cannot be used as such.
- We will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
CANCELLATION
- Our E-Gift Cards and physical Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of E-Gift Cards and physical Gift Cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in our discretion, we deem such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
