This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, loss, theft, or any work carried out by another jeweller. For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.

No. As long as you are buying mined diamonds from a reputable jeweller that abides by the Kimberley Process, your diamonds are ethical because they are conflict-free.
No, you cannot tell the difference between a lab grown diamond and a mined diamond by looking at them.
Therefore, to protect consumers, lab grown diamonds are branded with a microscopic laser mark to distinguish them from mined diamonds.
