Yes, many of our engagement ring designs have matching wed-fit wedding bands available. These are crafted to sit perfectly alongside your engagement ring, creating a seamless bridal set. Our collection includes plain, pavé-set, and shaped bands to suit your chosen design.
Every engagement ring over a certain carat weight comes with a certified diamond, graded for the Four Cs – cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. We also provide IGI or GIA certification for many designs, giving you full assurance of quality and authenticity.
In many cases, yes. Most classic engagement ring designs can be resized, though certain eternity bands or intricate styles may not allow it.
When you return your ring to us, if resizing isn’t possible, we’ll issue a replacement ring in your desired size instead. This is the best approach for the majority of orders.
If you would prefer your original ring to be resized, usually for sentimental reasons, please let our Customer Service team know when you get in touch. We’ll do everything we can to see if this can be arranged and will keep you informed throughout the process.
We don’t currently offer bespoke or custom-made rings. However, our collection includes a wide variety of engagement, eternity, and wedding rings in different styles, metals, and precious stone shapes and colours — giving you plenty of choice to find a design that feels personal and unique to your story.
Delivery times depend on the design and sometimes size of the ring. Many of our diamond rings in standard sizes are available for fast or even next-day delivery. Estimated delivery times are available on the product pages, but you can always reach out to our customer services if you’d like to know the lead time on a specific item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — fast. We’ll either repair or replace it at no cost to you, or provide a refund once it’s been assessed by our head jeweller.
Our standard returns policy is 30 days to return, and 60 days to exchange.
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. That’s why all our pieces come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Every item is also fully hallmarked according to UK legislation, confirming its authenticity and origin.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, we’ll process your refund right away and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 5 working days to show up on your statement.
We’ll always refund you via the same method you used to make your purchase — whether that was credit or debit card, PayPal, Pay4Later Finance, bank transfer, or another option.
