Don’t worry - it’s very common not to know your partner’s size when planning a surprise proposal. You can secretly measure a ring they already wear or ask a close friend or family member for help. Many of our engagement rings can also be resized later, and we allow you to take advantage of our generous return and exchange policy, too.

In many cases, yes. Most classic engagement ring designs can be resized, though certain eternity bands or intricate styles may not allow it.

When you return your ring to us, if resizing isn’t possible, we’ll issue a replacement ring in your desired size instead. This is the best approach for the majority of orders.

If you would prefer your original ring to be resized, usually for sentimental reasons, please let our Customer Service team know when you get in touch. We’ll do everything we can to see if this can be arranged and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Delivery times depend on the design and sometimes size of the ring. Many of our diamond rings in standard sizes are available for fast or even next-day delivery. Estimated delivery times are available on the product pages, but you can always reach out to our customer services if you’d like to know the lead time on a specific item.
