If engraving is available for your chosen band, the option will be shown on the product page to add an engraved message. Not sure if your ring is eligible? Our customer service team will be happy to advise.
Not all wedding bands can be resized. Plain and classic styles can usually be adjusted, while full eternity bands or intricate designs may not allow for resizing. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm the resizing options for your chosen band. If your ring is sent back to us within the exchange/return period, we can usually send you the ring in a different size if resizing is unsuitable for your band.
Delivery times vary depending on the design. Many of our classic wedding bands are available for fast or even next-day delivery, while made-to-order or personalised rings may take longer. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page so you can plan ahead, but we recommend ordering in advance to avoid disappointment.

We offer free 30-day returns for refunds and 60-day exchanges across the UK and Northern Ireland. If your ring is a custom size (smaller than I or larger than R), don’t worry — we’re still happy to provide a free exchange or resizing if it doesn’t fit.
