Please note that we may run other monthly or seasonal competitions but these Terms & Conditions refer to our "12 Days of Diamonds 2024" competitions only.
1) To enter, applicants need to:
Be 18 years or older at the time of participating in the competition.
2) Applicants must enter within the 24 hour allotted time period of each daily competition, starting at 12:01pm & ending at 11:59am GMT+1 the next calendar day between the 12th & 24th December. Entries out of this time period will be excluded.
3) The criteria for each daily competition will require users to:
· Follow both @thediamondstoreuk if entering on IG or like the page if entering on Facebook
· Follow any additional partner stated in the post copy
· Tag two friends in the comments
· Like the post or react to it
· Share to their stories
4) Customers may enter the giveaway as many times as they like, and across platforms.
5) Winner selection, draw and announcement:
These competitions will run exclusively and simultaneously across our official Instagram & Facebook channels and ONLY ONE winner will be chosen daily for each prize.
One (1) winner from each platform will be randomly selected, and then randomly selected between the two names to win the prize.
The winner will be selected only from the entries submitted as detailed above in Sections 1 to 3.
The winner will be announced either live on Instagram stories or notified by direct message within the following 10 days.
You will ONLY ever be contacted by @thediamondstoreuk official account, all other accounts may be spam or fraud so please do not respond to any account other than the official handle.
The winner has one (1) week to claim their prize.
If the announced winner fails to claim their prize within one (1) month, the winner will forfeit the prize.
6) Competition prize conditions and details:
The prize is a jewellery voucher to be used on TheDiamondStore.co.uk website or other goods and prizes as stated in each post, The Diamond Store cannot be held responsible for collaborative brands and how their prizes reach you.
There will be one (1) winner, with one (1) prize per winner.
The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged for anything else.
Winners cannot sell their prize for financial gain; the prize can only be claimed by the person who entered and won the competition.
The winner selection is final and cannot be appealed.
We are not legally affiliated with any of the included brands and these giveaway prizes have been purchased by The Diamond Store for the specific intention of this giveaway.
7) Prize Delivery:
We endeavour to deliver your prizes in a timely fashion however The Diamond Store makes no guarantees for a timely or pre Christmas delivery of prizes, so please bare this in mind when accepting the prize and entering. We reserve the right to deliver your prize at a time convenient for us within 1 month.

Please note that for rings smaller than size J or larger than size Q, the width may vary slightly (up to 10%) due to the crafting process. If you need any adjustments, we’re happy to help.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — fast. We’ll either repair or replace it at no cost to you, or provide a refund once it’s been assessed by our head jeweller.
Our standard returns policy is 30 days to return, and 60 days to exchange.
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. That’s why all our pieces come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Every item is also fully hallmarked according to UK legislation, confirming its authenticity and origin.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, we’ll process your refund right away and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 5 working days to show up on your statement.
We’ll always refund you via the same method you used to make your purchase — whether that was credit or debit card, PayPal, Pay4Later Finance, bank transfer, or another option.
To avoid delays, make sure to include the returns label print-out with your parcel. This helps us identify your return quickly.
