With extended opening hours and over 6,000 locations to choose from, HubBox Click & Collect puts you in control of your delivery.
HOW IT WORKS:

Choose Click & Collect at checkout
When placing your order, select the Click & Collect option (available only with eligible payment methods). -
Pick a convenient location
Use the HubBox map to find a nearby pickup point, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and DPD lockers. -
Wait for your collection email
You’ll receive a notification with your unique QR code when your parcel is ready to collect. -
Collect within 7 days
Just bring your QR code and a valid form of ID, and pick up your package at a time that suits you.

Where can I collect my parcel?
You can choose from thousands of DPD Pickup points, including major brands like Sainsbury’s, Argos, Homebase, Go Outdoors, Matalan, Co-op, Post Offices, Morrisons, and many independent retailers and newsagents. Locations are updated daily via DPD.

Is Click & Collect available across the UK?
Yes. HubBox Click & Collect is available across mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and Islands. Availability may vary by location.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
You’ll receive an email from DPD with a QR code once your order is ready for collection. Please do not go to your pickup point until you’ve received this notification.

What do I need to bring to collect my parcel?
You’ll need your QR code, and a valid form of ID (please note, ID requirements depend on the store's policy).

How long will the store hold my parcel?
Your parcel will be held at your selected location for 7 days. If not collected within this time, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded.

Can I use Click & Collect with all payment methods?
Click & Collect is available with most standard payment methods, including PayPal. Please note: It is not available if you use Novuna Finance, Split It, or Express Checkout.

Can I use Click & Collect with Express Checkout?
No, Click & Collect with HubBox is only available during our standard checkout process. If you use Express Checkout options (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay), the delivery method won’t appear. To use Click & Collect, please complete your purchase using the normal checkout.

What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen?
All delivery and claims are handled directly by DPD, following their standard procedures. HubBox only facilitates the selection of your pickup point.
