Certain products are eligible for Next Day Delivery via DPD (UK & Northern Ireland only) if ordered before 12pm UK time, Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Friday, Saturday & Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday. UK Same Day Delivery – London Postcodes Only We now offer same day delivery on select items for £35 when you order by 2pm, Monday to Thursday or by 11:30am on Friday. Our courier delivers to all London based postcodes.

UK delivery times:
We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, due to the volume of product we offer, it is not always possible to have every item in stock. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 8 hours* of receiving your order. (*This response time applies during our office opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you place your order outside of these times, we will contact you the next working day.)
Our UK delivery method
For all UK orders we use DPD. This is a secure, insured and speedy delivery method. On dispatch, we’ll email you with information on how to track your order. Your jewellery is insured during transit. It will require a signature when delivered to the address you gave us.
International (non UK) Orders & Taxes We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. We have partnered with Globale for all Non-UK Orders and offer:
If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. Typically, our dispatch times (depending on the piece you ordered) are either 3 days, 5 days or 7-10 days.

International Import duties and taxes
All taxes and duties are shown (if applicable) at checkout. For the European Union and many other countries, all taxes and import duties are taken care of by us.

If you have a specific deadline: We always work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have. Should our estimated delivery time not suit you, please contact us and we will try our hardest to meet your requirements. If we cannot deliver by your special deadline, we will always let you know.

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. That’s why we offer FREE 30-day returns for refunds and 60-day exchanges across the UK and Northern Ireland.
If you’ve ordered a ring smaller than a size J or larger than a size Q, don’t worry — these are custom sizes, but we’re still happy to offer a free exchange or resizing if the fit isn’t quite right.

Please note that for rings smaller than size J or larger than size Q, the width may vary slightly (up to 10%) due to the crafting process. If you need any adjustments, we’re happy to help.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — fast. We’ll either repair or replace it at no cost to you, or provide a refund once it’s been assessed by our head jeweller.
Our standard returns policy is 30 days to return, and 60 days to exchange.
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. That’s why all our pieces come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Every item is also fully hallmarked according to UK legislation, confirming its authenticity and origin.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, we’ll process your refund right away and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 5 working days to show up on your statement.
We’ll always refund you via the same method you used to make your purchase — whether that was credit or debit card, PayPal, Pay4Later Finance, bank transfer, or another option.
To avoid delays, make sure to include the returns label print-out with your parcel. This helps us identify your return quickly.
