We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, due to the volume of product we offer, it is not always possible to have every item in stock. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 8 hours* of receiving your order. What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, loss, theft, or any work carried out by another jeweller. For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.
