This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. If you’ve ordered a ring between a size I(i) and a size R, don’t worry we’re happy to offer one free exchange or resizing if it doesn’t fit. However if it falls outside of the mentioned size range a fee may be applied where applicable to resize or exchange

What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, loss, theft, or any work carried out by another jeweller. For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.
