"Very happy with my overall experience with The Diamond Store. The purchasing process was straightforward from the start. The website is neatly laid out and has a good range of filters, which made it easy to narrow down the options without feeling overwhelmed. There is plenty of useful information on the product pages too. What I particularly appreciated was that, if you're like me and want that extra bit of reassurance before making a significant purchase, there is actually a phone number where you can speak to a real person! The customer service team was knowledgeable, patient and able to answer my questions in detail, which gave me much more confidence in the purchase. The support continued to be excellent after I placed the order. Mine was a time-sensitive birthday gift, and when I explained this, the team made sure the order would arrive with plenty of time to spare—and it did. The delivery and packaging were also very well thought out. The parcel arrives in discreet, ordinary-looking outer packaging, which is exactly what you want for a high-value item. Once that is removed, however, the presentation is beautiful and feels suitably special, particularly if the jewellery is intended as a gift. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the entire experience. Based on my experience, I would happily buy from The Diamond Store again."
