This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, loss, theft, or any work carried out by another jeweller. For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.
