UK delivery times:
We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, due to the volume of product we offer, it is not always possible to have every item in stock. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you, or adjust the size of an item before we send it out. If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 8 hours* of receiving your order. (*This response time applies during our office opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you place your order outside of these times, we will contact you the next working day.)
Our UK delivery method
For all UK orders we use DPD. This is a secure, insured and speedy delivery method. On dispatch, we’ll email you with information on how to track your order. Your jewellery is insured during transit. It will require a signature when delivered to the address you gave us.
International (non UK) Orders & Taxes We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. We have partnered with Globale for all Non-UK Orders and offer:

All taxes and duties are shown (if applicable) at checkout. For the European Union and many other countries, all taxes and import duties are taken care of by us.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. That’s why we offer FREE 30-day returns for refunds and 60-day exchanges across the UK and Northern Ireland.
If you’ve ordered a ring between a size I(i) and a size R, don’t worry we’re happy to offer one free exchange or resizing if it doesn’t fit. However if it falls outside of the mentioned size range a fee may be applied where applicable to resize or exchange

Please note that for rings smaller than size J or larger than size Q, the width may vary slightly (up to 10%) due to the crafting process. If you need any adjustments, we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — fast. We’ll either repair or replace it at no cost to you, or provide a refund once it’s been assessed by our head jeweller.
Our standard returns policy is 30 days to return, and 60 days to exchange.
5-Year Warranty
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. That’s why every piece comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. In addition, all our jewellery is fully hallmarked in accordance with UK legislation, certifying its authenticity and origin.
Please note, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or improper use. For added protection, we recommend taking out specialist jewellery insurance.
How Refunds Work
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, we’ll process your refund right away and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 5 working days to show up on your statement.
We’ll always refund you via the same method you used to make your purchase — whether that was credit or debit card, PayPal, Pay4Later Finance, bank transfer, or another option.
To avoid delays, make sure to include the returns label print-out with your parcel. This helps us identify your return quickly.

What The Warranty Covers:
If a manufacturing fault is found in the way your jewellery was made, we will repair, remake, or replace it at no cost to you, within the first 5 years after purchase.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, loss, theft, or any work carried out by another jeweller. For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.

What is the difference between our sustainable lab grown and conflict-free mined diamonds? Is it possible to tell them apart? We explain the differences in origin, quality and price between the two, so that you can make an informed choice.
They are exactly alike optically, physically and chemically.
The main difference is their origin:
Mined diamonds have been extracted from the Earth. They were created by Mother Nature from carbon atoms subjected to intense volcanic heat and pressure deep underground more than 3 billion years ago.
Sustainable lab grown diamonds are grown by scientists in a laboratory. They are created from a tiny shard of a mined diamond which is introduced to carbon atoms, under conditions which replicate the volcanic forces of Mother Nature.
Yes, lab grown diamonds are not extracted from the ground, which makes them environmentally sustainable and ethical as they conserve the Earth for future generations.
No. As long as you are buying mined diamonds from a reputable jeweller that abides by the Kimberley Process, your diamonds are ethical because they are conflict-free.
No, you cannot tell the difference between a lab grown diamond and a mined diamond by looking at them.
Therefore, to protect consumers, lab grown diamonds are branded with a microscopic laser mark to distinguish them from mined diamonds.
You cannot see this mark with your naked eye, but a jeweller will be able to see it with specialist magnifying equipment.

Bear in mind, however, that the precious metal setting plays a part in price. Silver is the most affordable, gold is a little more expensive, and platinum is the most expensive.
No, lab diamonds are not fake diamonds. Sometimes people confuse lab grown diamonds with simulants like cubic zirconia, which are not diamonds.
But this is not the case with lab diamonds. Gemmologists (the scientists who study diamonds and gemstones) classify lab diamonds, simply, as diamonds.

Mined diamonds and lab diamonds are quality-graded by gemmologists in exactly the same way using the Four Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat weight.
Therefore, your diamond (regardless of whether it is lab grown or mined) will simply be graded at the quality it has, for example, Premium Quality, H/Si or E/Vs.
Having said that, since lab diamonds are more affordable than mined diamonds per carat, you’ll usually be able to access a much better diamond grade/quality for your budget if you choose lab grown.
“Better” is very subjective. It’s like cars. If someone asks you if an Aston Martin or a Ferrari is better, your answer would depend on your individual requirements.
It is the same with lab grown diamonds and mined diamonds.
Conflict-free mined diamonds are simply beautiful to look at and last a lifetime. A rare luxury created by Mother Nature, they come with the legacy of having been sourced from the Earth.
Sustainable lab grown diamonds are also stunning to gaze at, and they also last a lifetime. More affordable than mined diamonds, they are additionally sustainable and ethical.

Because we only sell 5 different grades of diamonds, all of which are of a high quality, the diamond you have already chosen won’t have any obvious flaws. But if your priority is for your diamond to have the best possible quality and sparkle, then investing in the next grade up makes good sense.
What would be the difference if you moved up a grade? Your diamond will look more radiant, gain in value – and you’ll get the very best quality for your budget.
Upgrading the size of your diamond means increasing its carat weight
The more carats a diamond weighs, the bigger it is.
The larger the diamond is, the rarer it is to find. That’s why an increase in size is a larger investment. When considering the size, think about what she or your friends wear and how you would like to compare.

White gold or platinum?
The main advantage of white gold over platinum is that it’s much more affordable. However, the disadvantage of white gold is that you may need to recoat your jewellery in rhodium once or twice a year. This adds to its overall cost over time, whereas platinum, more expensive to start with, will never require any maintenance.
